We engaged Proof-Tech on 2 separate occasions, the first of which was to resolve our car porch ceiling leaking problem.  Upon satisfactory job completion, we decided to proceed with them for the exterior painting of our property.  Mr Flame Xu was the coordinator for both projects. We've worked with many vendors for waterproofing solutions, and Prooftech, along with their liaison Patrick, stands out as one of the most professional. Their expertise and testing methods effectively identify the source of leaks and offer viable solutions.

It's been about 3-4 months since they completed their first repairs for us, and so far, the leaks have not returned—a significant improvement compared to past repairs that failed to last.

They are very organized, and they'll ensure they cover our furniture and belongings before starting work and a cleanup afterward.

Engaged David from prooftech to address a bad leaking case of an internal pipe in my kitchen. Work involved running the new pipe externally and alot of drilling involved to run the new line. Quotation was reasonable and arrangement to start work was done asap. Supervisor Mubarak and team were professional, thorough and swift in their work. I engaged these guys to waterproof the roof of my 50-over year old walk-up apartment. Willie was the rep who dealt with me and he did an AMAZING job. Extremely professional, taking pains to explain all the options to me and recommending the best one for me, even though it was not the highest priced. During the job, Willie and team even went to the extent of taking the initiative to clean up my apartment and my neighbour’s yard when some of the dried paint fell there after they pressure washed the roof (how they brought a pressure washer up there I don’t know but I’m glad they did because they did such a thorough job!). Throughout the process, Willie was super informative and kept me in the loop every step of the way and showed me literally dozens of before and after photos capturing all aspects of the roof so i could check the work. Mr Ong was very thorough and even updated me on the part of roof that I didn't ask to be covered. Furthermore, when there was a bit of unexpected extra work was involved, it was graciously absorbed into the quoted price and I didn't kena surprise cost.
