Engaged David from prooftech to address a bad leaking case of an internal pipe in my kitchen. Work involved running the new pipe externally and alot of drilling involved to run the new line. Quotation was reasonable and arrangement to start work was done asap. Supervisor Mubarak and team were professional, thorough and swift in their work. I engaged these guys to waterproof the roof of my 50-over year old walk-up apartment. Willie was the rep who dealt with me and he did an AMAZING job. Extremely professional, taking pains to explain all the options to me and recommending the best one for me, even though it was not the highest priced. During the job, Willie and team even went to the extent of taking the initiative to clean up my apartment and my neighbour’s yard when some of the dried paint fell there after they pressure washed the roof (how they brought a pressure washer up there I don’t know but I’m glad they did because they did such a thorough job!). Throughout the process, Willie was super informative and kept me in the loop every step of the way and showed me literally dozens of before and after photos capturing all aspects of the roof so i could check the work. Extremely pleased and impressed with their service. Would give six stars if I could. Highly recommended!
